Tsunami-hit countries continue to face problems of poor linkages between institutional arrangements and half-baked response strategies despite almost 5 years of significant investment in programming and infrastructure. This project will primarily address these gaps by strengthening community-based disaster risk management (CBDRM).

Coverage10/2009- 09/ 2011. Southern Thailand covered Krabi province and other 6 neighboring coastal provinces.
